Refund Exclusions for Plugin and Themes
The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Membership purchases.
- Templates, software,reels, bundle packs.
- Misuse or misunderstanding of product functionality or features. Please ensure that your device and software are compatible with the product before making a purchase. We do not offer refunds due to incompatibility issues.
- Website Breakages During Installation: Refunds will not be granted if your website experiences issues or breaks during the installation of a theme or plugin.
- Incompatibility issues with devices, software, hosting, or WordPress
- Change of mind or mistaken downloads
- No longer needing the product after download
- Lack of expertise to use the product: Refunds will not be granted if you lack the necessary technical skills to properly install, configure, or use the product, or if you have not taken the time to carefully read and follow the developer's documentation.
- Incompatibility with WordPress, plugins, web servers, or other environments. Please carefully review the product descriptions, documentation, and FAQs before making a purchase to ensure you understand the product's functionality and compatibility.
- Unmet expectations due to inadequate research or understanding of the product.
- License Key or Activation Messages: Refunds will not be granted if the product displays a message requesting a license key or activation for automatic updates, as long as there are no other licensing restrictions.
